jerkiessss, u can learn the "cooking the chef's way" in ur own kitchen, what u need is the recipe book, complete kitchen utensils and of course all ingredients needed, after cooking call me and i will be your taster...:P

Most of the hotels like Four Seasons Hotel , Sharq, Doha Marriott etc conduct cooking classes (source is google).... :D
It could be costly for sure..
