I have been wanting to practice yoga, but never been able to. The only current exercise is walking in the shopping malls.

I do running on my tread for about 30 minutes daily. Thats the only physicaql exercise here.

sometimes I choose stairs instead of elevator...i am not sure it will make a big difference....coz i stay in the 3rd floor :) . Window shopping is also a nice option :)

jogging / walking...and sometimes i do lifting...lifting our chairs, table, ref once in a month...lolz:-)

Is there any particular time to do it... Some people say we can do it anytime....provided your stomach is empty.... and others say...it should be done in the early morning... What is the right time?

U can exercise or do yoga anytime!!! But yes u cant eat before u start ur exercises,,, avoid food 1 hr before exercise or yoga!!
