How do you exercise?
  
  
Do you run, swim, Gym, Yoga, Go to the Gym ??

or I don't exercise!!!

I do running on my tread for about 30 minutes daily. Thats the only physicaql exercise here.

sometimes I choose stairs instead of elevator...i am not sure it will make a big difference....coz i stay in the 3rd floor :)
.

Is there any particular time to do it...
Some people say we can do it anytime....provided your stomach is empty....
and others say...it should be done in the early morning...

U can exercise or do yoga anytime!!! But yes u cant eat before u start ur exercises,,, avoid food 1 hr before exercise or yoga!!
