Speaking to the media, PN Baburajan, chief coordinator of the programme said, “The new generation should understand the tradition, culture and heritage of India.
Those who run entertainment shows should realise the values of arts which India refined through the centuries.” Mani Narayana Chakyar has performed at a number of international dance festivals across the world.
The event entitled ‘Keralolsavam’ will also feature Mohiniyattam, traditional dance, popularly known as the dance of the enchantress by Kalamandalam Leelamma.
She had spell bounded the Doha audience for couple of times with her performances before.
Part of entertainment, the forum has slated a comedy skit by Srijith Kaiveli, the budding actor of Malayalam cinema.
